HI-REZ SERVICE LAUNCHES NEW TECHNICAL SUPPORT,
SERVICE, AND REPLACEMENT PARTS PROGRAM
Saves Customers Time and Money
Ashland, MA, June
4, 2003 - HI-REZ Service has launched a brand-new program that streamlines
the entire troubleshooting, parts ordering, and repair process of CRT
and single lens projectors, plasma displays and DVD players.
Under the new program, installation companies can directly telephone HI-REZ
technicians toll-free at (888) 388-2022 and receive priority troubleshooting
and diagnostic support - without having to wait for a callback. For additional
convenience, troubleshooting, replacement part ordering and in-house repair
status information is accessible via the company’s new website: www.hirezservice.com
Dealers must register with HI-REZ to participate in the new program. Sign-up
is accomplished either by telephone or via the Internet. Participating
dealers automatically qualify for consistent discounts on replacement
parts.
Expert Troubleshooting and Diagnosis
HI-REZ President Gary Guidi is confident that his technicians possess
the highest level of calibration and repair expertise possible. The HI-REZ
technicians have received Imaging Science Foundation (ISF) training and
are also well versed in integrating video projection technologies with
complex home automation systems such as AMX and Crestron.
Guidi said, “With our new program, we can troubleshoot and diagnose a
problem taking place in the field and ship replacement parts anywhere
in the country, often within 24 hours. Customers no longer have to do
without their projection systems for several weeks or longer.”
HI-REZ maintains a vast inventory of projector and plasma replacement
parts including lamps, power supplies, and circuit boards, all of which
can be ordered directly from their website.
In-house Service
If the repair is beyond the capabilities of the installation company,
servicing at HI-REZ’s Ashland, Massachusetts-based facility can often
be achieved within one week. “HI-REZ expedites the repair as quickly as
possible because we know customers don’t want to do without their entertainment
system. And due to our technical ability to perform component level repairs,
we can often save them time and money,” furthered Guidi.
Road Service
HI-REZ will also send one of their technicians anywhere in the Continental
US to perform onsite set-up or repair of a front/rear projection or plasma
system.
